By using Keepers: Smart Glasses Camera ("the app"), you agree to these terms.
Keepers captures photos and video from Meta Ray-Ban smart glasses and uses AI to curate them into your photo library. The app is provided "as is," without warranties. Glasses features require compatible Meta Ray-Ban hardware and the Meta AI app.
Keepers Plus and Keepers Pro are auto-renewing monthly subscriptions that provide monthly AI credits for cloud-based photo and video curation. Payment is charged to your Apple ID at confirmation of purchase. Subscriptions renew automatically unless auto-renew is turned off at least 24 hours before the end of the current period. Your account is charged for renewal within 24 hours prior to the end of the current period. Manage or cancel subscriptions in your device's account settings after purchase. A free tier is available without purchase, as is a bring-your-own-API-key mode.

Use the app lawfully and respect others' privacy when capturing photos and video. You are responsible for content you capture.
