Effective July 20, 2026
Keepers ("the app") is a companion app for Meta Ray-Ban smart glasses that automatically captures photos and uses AI to keep only the best ones. It is built to keep your moments on your device.
Keepers has no user accounts and collects no personal information, no analytics, and no advertising identifiers.
Photos and videos captured by your glasses go directly to your phone and are saved to a "Keepers" album in your photo library. When AI judging is enabled, photos are transmitted securely (HTTPS) to an AI provider — either your own OpenAI/Google API account (if you supplied a key) or, for Keepers Cloud subscribers, Google's Gemini API via our server — solely to decide keep/discard or to pick recap highlights. Photos are processed transiently and are not stored by Keepers' servers.
If you subscribe, an anonymous device identifier tracks your monthly judging quota. Purchases are processed by Apple/Google and RevenueCat; we never see payment details. Usage counters (numbers only — never photos) are retained to operate the service.
Pairing and streaming use Meta's Wearables Device Access Toolkit and your Meta AI app. Meta's own privacy policy governs the glasses and the Meta AI app.
Your photos live in your photo library — delete them anytime. To remove cloud usage counters, contact us with your device's anonymous ID (shown in Settings) at the address below.
